Role Purpose

• Validate cable sizing and make recommendations as appropriate.

Issue identification and resolution management with contractors, vendors,
and client engagement participation from DCOPs, Real Estate Services,
Data Center CE Service team.
• Establish the procedure for communication between Microsoft, the
consultant team, Contractors and DC Ops CE team, use reasonable
endeavors to ensure that this procedure is always observed.

• At the offset of your involvement on the project all deliverables and role
requirements will be reviewed with both the Lead project PM and client
program lead to ensure that all client specific requirements and
deliverables are addressed.
• Liaise with the Microsoft team, consultant team and Contractors to
establish, review and regularly update the CMOP register. Agree and
monitor Risk Mitigation Plans and provide input into quantitative risk
analysis review
• Work with appointed GC and specialist project subcontractors to ensure
correct work methods and installation requirements are adhered to and
ensure that appropriate method statements (CMOPS) are in place and
signed off by the relevant parties in advance of installation
• Liaise with the Microsoft team and establish a structure and procedure for
quality management. Establish review, approval and reporting procedures
for all handover issues including the reporting of all metrics/burn down
rate of all post-handover issues
• Check the safety policy and processes prepared by the Contractor. Prepare
recommendations / comments prior to the engagement of the DCops
team.
• Lead the implementation of all key project processes and monitor these
processes, reporting and making recommendations to the client team
• Set up, chair and minute project closeout, campus co-ordination and
CMOPs meeting ensuring that the Microsoft team is fully informed
