Key Responsibilities:

Arbetsplatskontrollant järnväg

Du kommer att arbeta med arbetsplatskontroller på järnväg. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter består av att utföra arbetsplatskontroller och förebyggande arbete kopplade till lagar, förordningar och regler för aktiviteter inom spårområdet. Arbetsuppgifterna är ett led i Trafikverkets långsiktiga arbete med att utveckla säkerheten vid arbeten i spårområde.

Du blir en viktig kugge i det arbetet genom att du stödjer verksamheten med din expertkompetens både internt och externt. Du kommer att arbeta med förebyggande aktiviteter, exempelvis expertstöd till projekt och ibland vara en deltagare vid byggmöten eller liknande. Eftersom arbetet bedrivs riksomfattande ingår resor och övernattningar i stor omfattning. Arbetet bedrivs även på obekväm arbetstid i stor omfattning.

Placeringsort för tjänsten är i första hand Göteborg eller Skövde, men annan Trafikverks-ort inom området (distrikt väst) kan övervägas.

har körkort för personbil.

Quality Control Lead

Develop & maintain Project Quality plans and Inspection and Test plans to ensure project compliance. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the quality program and update as required.
Review construction methodology for offsite manufacturing (OSM) capabilities and develop inspection matrix for offsite and onsite inspections.
Ensure adequate onsite QC operational coverage to support project turnover, start-up and room area / handover dates. Manage the overall performance of project staff in the quality department.
Chair and hold project QC kick off meeting with supply chain subcontractor and package leads to set out QC program.
Attend project meetings with clients and subcontractors providing updates on quality performance.
Liaise with Package leads and Cx leads to develop 2 & 4 week walkdown lookahead micro-schedule in line with Construction & Cx program measuring planned date vs actual date.
Implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) tracking tools to provide real time insight into project completion, checklist completion, issues / snags, room readiness and area handover.
Oversee completion of inspection checklists and snag closure in advance of turnover/W1/W2/W3 walkdowns and/or red tag/yellow tag with documented acceptance by relevant stakeholders.
Review defects / punch-lists / snags across projects, reporting on close-out performance and identifying emerging trends for areas of concern.
Implement a First of Kind / Benchmark program and monitor installations & progress of completion. Ensure Benchmarks / First of kinds are visible to all project personnel
Be proactive in identifying areas of improvement and create suitable action plans to improve
project performance (Snags, Checklists, Supply chain, Trends, Risk, etc.)
Establish reward & recognition program to celebrate wins, achievements, success.
Encourage engagement in Lessons Learned program on the project to drive improvements.
• Monitor control and measure test equipment for calibration and suitability for use. Ensure
calibration certificates are retained on project common data environment (BIM 360 / ACC Build)
Provide weekly & monthly reports on Quality Control Program performance.
Maintain familiarity with the control of non-conformance processes and procedures
