Requirements:
+10 Years' experience in a QA/QC Piping lead role.
CSWIP Level 3.1 qualified (essential).
Track record of successful PIPING Works for Large Scale Installation.
Excellent social skills and handling different cultures.
Excellent English written and oral skills?
Main responsibilities of the Quality Piping Inspector will include:
· ?Ensure quality of inspected items meet project requirements and standards
· To conduct welding procedure and performance qualification test
· Review documents and drawings as per specification
· Knowledge / experience about Piping Isometrics, P&ID;
· Maps, Welding symbols, Cutting Plans, Quality Control Procedures, Based Material and welding consumables
· Inspection, review of mill certificates, material verification
· Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, nipples, plate tubes as per respective materials specifications, codes, standards and client's specifications
· Monitor and record welding parameter during welding as per WPS
· Monitor and witness NDT, which includes UT, MP , PT and random RT film interpretation
· Witness for post weld heat treatment and review the reports, line check inspection, Pneumatic Testing, Hydro Test, hot oil flushing, Chemical cleaning, Flood test & reinstatement, till final stage of colour coding and valve tagging
· Review test pack and all inspection reports for final approval.
· Inspection documents summit to client approval.
· Witness and inspection both fabrication and site activities ensuring that project specifications are built to requirements.
· Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and surveillance activities both fabrication and site which involves safety, piping activities, material and equipment preservation, proper implementation of approved welding procedures and specification is being carried out to jobsite.
· Conduct daily inspection for lay out and cutting, fit-up, material inspection, dimensional, spool release activities prior to painting.
· Coordinate to NDT subcontractor regarding RT joint, MT/PT joint, UT joint and PWHT joint. Witness hardness test execution, positive material inspection, penetrant test and magnetic particle inspection.
· Review and conduct line check inspection to ensure it comply both Engineering and Quality requirements, prepare punch list, punch list clearing on test package issued to subcontractor prior to release for testing.
· Witness and inspection hydro testing and pneumatic test inspection to ensure that all requirements are meet the project specification standards.
· Witness and inspection reinstatement and close out activities of piping systems after completion of test as per approved drawings, specification and commissioning requirements.

Conduct final inspection for system mechanical completion certificate (SMCC) for system completeness and prepare punch list for those did not comply with company requirement and final verification upon correction for final approval.
Assist review of company Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Procedures and all pertained QA/QC documentation prior to commencement of any fabrication / construction work.
Verify the implementation of PTW (permit to work) and other safety procedures.
Conduct quality inspection at site locations in accordance with the Project's quality culture.
Report daily all welding activities in a timely manner.
Attend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetings.
Set up and develop QAQC procedures, ITP, report KPIs and support project activities with EPC contractors.
Arranging and executing system walk-downs and recording punch items on CDE.
Monitor and ensure NDT requirements are met.
