Om rollen

Om tjänsten 
I rollen kommer du att medverka i det verifierings- och valideringsarbete som FMV bedriver inom fordonsområdet i samband med anskaffning och vidmakthållande av materiel och förmågor åt Försvarsmakten. Du kommer delta i att planera, genomföra och avrapportera prov och försök med militära fordons- och stridsfordonssystem, både band- och hjulgående.

Rollen som verifierings- och valideringsingenjör innebär ett omväxlande arbete där du både arbetar praktiskt i verkstad och fält samt utföra administrativa uppgifter vid skrivbordet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter omfattar prov och försök samt leveranskontroll, i första hand av tunga hjulfordon samt förberedelser av FMV:s provobjekt. Du kommer arbeta med löpande underhåll av fordon, vapen och provanläggningar samt utföra felsökning och reparationer på både band och hjulgående stridsfordon och deras system.

Utöver det praktiska arbetet kommer du ha inslag av kontorsbaserade uppgifter såsom dokumentation, rapportering, delta vid planering och uppföljning av utförda arbeten. Du kommer även delta i tekniska utvärderingar och analysarbete kopplat till våra prov-fordon, försvarsmaktens materiel samt olika materielsystem.

Arbetet ställer krav på förmågan att utföra arbetsuppgifter som innebär tunga lyft och arbete på och i fordon. Resor förekommer i tjänsten, både inrikes och utrikes.

Tjänsten är placerad i Skövde. 

Om dig
Vi söker dig som har en högskoleutbildning med teknisk inriktning eller teknisk officersutbildning/specialistofficersutbildning, alternativt har motsvarande teknisk kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt, exempelvis inom fordons- eller verkstadsteknik. Du har goda kunskaper inom just fordons- eller verkstadsteknik, och du har förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift, på såväl svenska som engelska. Du har B-körkort.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete med fordons- eller verkstadsteknik, gärna med inriktning mot tunga fordonssystem. Har du dessutom arbetat med fordon som används inom Försvarsmakten ser vi det som en fördel.

Arbetsuppgifter
Arbetet är varierande, ena dagen kör du ett Provfordon och andra dagen sitter du på möte med en leverantör.
Din främsta uppgift att medverka i provverksamheten som FMV bedriver på uppdrag av tex Försvarsmakten och industrin. Tex som Provledare. Det innebär att du dels kommer att medverka samt följa arbetet för verifiering och validering (VoV) från planering, genomförande, dokumentering och avrapportering.

VoV-ingenjör/provledare innebär även att vara behjälplig som sakkunnig till övrig verksamhet med teknisk kompetens och användarerfarenhet av tunga hjulfordon. Du är även delaktig i arbetet med att FMV T&E Marks kompetens, provmetodik, verifiering och valideringsresurs som svarar mot den målsättning som uppdragen efterfrågar och är ekonomiskt motiverade. Du ansvarar även för att förbereda FMV provobjekt inom tunga hjulfordonsområdet.
Rollen som provledare innebär även att genomföra leveranskontroller av leveranser till FMV, i huvudsak gällande tunga hjulfordon och relaterad utrustning och system.

Tjänsten är placerad i Skövde.

Vi söker dig som
Du är utbildad med teknisk inriktning eller officer/soldat med några års arbetslivserfarenhet alternativt motsvarande kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt som vi bedömer likvärdig.

Vi uppskattar att du har erfarenhet av tunga hjulfordon från användning, underhåll eller provning. Vi ser gärna också att du har kunskap om försvarsmaktens materiel och/eller fordonssystem. Du innehar B-körkort och det är en fördel om du även har C-körkort. Du har god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska och engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
Eftersom arbetet stundtals innebär tunga lyft och arbetsuppgifter i trånga utrymmen, i och på fordon, ute som inne så ställer det krav på din fysik.

Du behöver även ha goda möjligheter att genomföra tjänsteresor och tjänstgöring på annan ort, både inrikes och utrikes.

Du tar ansvar för din uppgift och är initiativtagande och kan sätta igång aktiviteter i dialog med chef/projektledare för att driva dina processer vidare och uppnå resultat samtidigt som du snabbt kan ändra ditt tillvägagångssätt och anpassa dig till ändrade omständigheter. FMV:s projektorienterade arbetssätt förutsätter att du arbetar bra tillsammans med andra människor och har förmåga att lyssna och kommunicera på ett konstruktivt sätt.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som provledare kommer du att medverka i det verifierings- och valideringsarbete som FMV bedriver tillsammans med bland annat Försvarsmakten och försvarsindustrin. I dina uppgifter ingår att planera verksamheten, leda och dokumentera genomförandet av verksamhet och avrapportera resultat. Du kommer även att genomföra leveranskontroll av leveranser till FMV, i huvudsak pansarterrängbilar och relaterad materiel. Som provledare kommer du även att utföra löpande underhållsarbete på enhetens egna system. Arbetet kan innebära tunga lyft och arbete på och i olika plattformar/fordon och ställer därför stundtals krav på din fysik.

Arbetet innebär både förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll samt modifiering och ombyggnad utifrån fastställda underlag. Du utgör ett tekniskt kompetensstöd till övriga delar av FMV. Vidare medverkar du vid vidmakthållande och utveckling av provplatsens kompetenser, metoder och provsystem.

Tjänsten är placerad i Skövde och du kommer ingå i vår grupp som arbetar med pansarterrängbil. Tjänsten innebar löpande tjänsteresor både inrikes och utrikes.

Vem är du?
Du är officer eller specialistofficer med några års yrkeserfarenhet, högskoleingenjör med teknisk utbildning eller har motsvarande teknisk kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt.

Du har förhoppningsvis erfarenhet av fordonsteknik, erfarenhet av att arbeta i projektform samt erfarenhet av kravhantering och att sätta dig in i tekniska problemlösningar.
Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av pansarterrängbil, från användning, underhåll eller provning.

Därutöver ser vi gärna att du har en god generell teknisk kunskap och förstår hur olika tekniker samverkar i ett systemperspektiv, samt god kännedom om systems engineering, systemarbete. Det är en fördel om du har kunskap om Försvarsmaktens organisation och metoder som används inom armén eller vid markstrid. Som provledare samverkar du mycket med andra, vilket medför att du behöver ha en god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.

B-körkort är ett krav men C-körkort är önskvärt.

För att lyckas i rollen är det av vikt att du arbetar bra med andra och relaterar till dem på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. Du planerar, organiserar och prioriterar dina uppgifter på ett effektivt sätt för att hålla uppsatta tidsramar, tar initiativ och sätter igång aktiviteter och uppnår resultat. FMV:s verksamhetsområde Test och evaluering (T&E) har huvudansvaret för verifiering och validering av Försvarsmaktens tekniska system inom flyg och rymd, sjö, mark och ledning.

På T&E Mark:s provplatser i Karlsborg och Skövde genomförs verifiering och validering (VoV) av markstridssystem, som till exempel fordonssystem, ammunition, vapensystem och skyddssystem. Verksamheternas främsta uppgift att genomföra olika typer av avancerad provningsverksamhet, där Karlsborgs verksamhet ansvarar för området vapen- och ammunition, medan verksamheten i Skövde ansvarar för militära fordons- och stridsfordonssystem.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som provledare kommer du att medverka i det verifierings- och valideringsarbete som FMV bedriver tillsammans med bland annat Försvarsmakten och försvarsindustrin. I dina uppgifter ingår att planera verksamheten, leda och dokumentera genomförandet av verksamhet och avrapportera resultat. Du kommer även att genomföra leveranskontroll av leveranser till FMV, i huvudsak olika typer av hjulfordon och relaterad materiel. Som provledare kommer du även att utföra löpande underhållsarbete på enhetens egna system. Arbetet kan innebära tunga lyft och arbete på och i olika plattformar/fordon och ställer därför stundtals krav på din fysik.

Arbetet innebär både förebyggande och avhjälpande underhåll samt modifiering och ombyggnad utifrån fastställda underlag. Du utgör ett tekniskt kompetensstöd till övriga delar av FMV. Vidare medverkar du vid vidmakthållande och utveckling av provplatsens kompetenser, metoder och provsystem.
Tjänsten är placerad i Skövde men innehar löpande tjänsteresor både inrikes och utrikes.

Vem är du?
Du är officer eller specialistofficer med några års yrkeserfarenhet, högskoleingenjör med teknisk utbildning eller har motsvarande teknisk kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av militära hjulfordon, exempelvis lastbilar eller terrängbilar, från användning, underhåll eller provning. Utöver det bör du ha erfarenhet av fordonsteknik, erfarenhet av att arbeta i projektform samt erfarenhet av kravhantering och att sätta dig in i tekniska problemlösningar.

Därutöver ser vi gärna att du har en god generell teknisk kunskap och förstår hur olika tekniker samverkar i ett systemperspektiv, samt god kännedom om systems engineering, systemarbete. Det är en fördel om du har kunskap om Försvarsmaktens organisation och metoder som används inom armén eller vid markstrid. Som provledare samverkar du mycket med andra, vilket medför att du behöver ha en god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska.

B-körkort är ett krav men C-körkort är önskvärt.
För att lyckas i rollen är det av vikt att du arbetar bra med andra och relaterar till dem på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt. FMV:s verksamhetsområde Test och evaluering (T&E) har huvudansvaret för verifiering och validering av Försvarsmaktens tekniska system inom flyg och rymd, sjö, mark och ledning.

På T&E Mark:s provplatser i Karlsborg och Skövde genomförs verifiering och validering (VoV) av markstridssystem, som till exempel fordonssystem, ammunition, vapensystem och skyddssystem. Verksamheternas främsta uppgift att genomföra olika typer av avancerad provningsverksamhet, där Karlsborgs verksamhet ansvarar för området vapen- och ammunition, medan verksamheten i Skövde ansvarar för militära fordons- och stridsfordonssystem.

What you’ll do

As a Manufacturing Engineer for Electric Drive Unit within industrialization team your task will be to create robust, efficient, and improved processes and equipment for Propulsion Components. You will work on developing and securing global equipment and tooling solutions with respect to given product and process demands. You will also be responsible to develop equipment and tooling concepts for program content.

In this role, you will be a part of a team and setting the scene for our new platform. You will have the opportunity to improve the techniques & methods within this field. The team follows the project through product development & feedback, quoting and buying the equipment as well as installing and commissioning. This means that you will take part in cost estimations, development of process concepts, supplier relations, continuous alignment with customer, etc. You dig in where it is needed and are flexible towards late changes and unforeseen situations, using your innovation and determination to succeed.



What you’ll bring

This position is for you with previous experience in manufacturing engineering working on equipment projects (project lead/installation/commissioning). You also have experience with sourcing process (internal & external relations in sourcing). We see that you are detail oriented, have quality focus and a good communicator. We believe you have high aspirations, self-motivation and you are curious to learn new technologies. You are a cooperative person and have great collaboration and communication skills.

En sammanställd rekommendation vilken lösning som är mest fördelaktig för Volvo GTO.


Genomförande
Vi söker för detta två examensarbetare med lämplig bakgrund på minst tek. kandidatnivå.

Industry 5.0 complements the techno-economic vision of the Industry 4.0 paradigm by emphasising the societal role of industry. It can enhance the quality of the production by assigning repetitive and monotonous tasks to the robots/machines and the tasks which need critical thinking to the humans, decrease emphasis on the technology and assume that potential for progress is based on collaboration among the humans and machines. Volvo Group aims at being first on the market with Electric Vehicles.


Problem description


A battery assembly plant is being built located within the compound of the already existing production facility of combustion engines, with the ability to take advantage of the vast and highly established industrial set-up. The battery assembly plant will distribute the batteries to the truck plants in the industrial system of the case company. In the new assembly plant, the production set-up requires a new level of quality compared to the traditional product to not disturb the flow, and the potential in digitalisation to support this aspect is considered high. The research question to explore is:


How can Industry 5.0 enhance the quality of production via digitalisation in cyber-physical production systems of disruptive products?
Suggested work process
Perform a literature study to map the area of how Industry 5.0 can enhance the quality of production via digitalisation in cyber-physical production systems of disruptive products. The literature review analysis may also include an outlook and/or study of similar cases within the automotive and manufacturing industry.


Perform a case study within the Volvo Group Battery Assembly plant, which is under construction for the moment. Your main deliverable of the project is to present recommendations connected to how Industry 5.0 can enhance the quality of production via digitalisation in cyber-physical production systems of disruptive products.

Your role at Aurobay

As Verification Engineer you will together with your colleagues be responsible for evaluating product specification in detail and create Verification methods and processes in accordance with established product-, quality- and capacity requirements in all Power system Plants.

Aurobay is looking for a Mechanical Designer. You will be a part of the Design Department Maintenance group, within the Plant Maintenance section, which is responsible for designing and rebuilding of manufacturing equipment for the Aurobay engine production.

The group has been operational for almost two years, and we see a growing interest and need for our expertise due to successful work. We are responsible for redesign of existing equipment and process as well as creating new designs when required. What you’ll do
For this role you act as a key contact between Design Department Maintenance and customer to ensure engineering activities are effectively organized and executed. Your tasks will include to oversee the activities and operations of the Design Department Maintenance to ensure delivery of excellent support and services to customers. You will be responsible to plan and coordinate tasks, projects, and resources in close co-operation with Manager and Project Coordinators. Your areas of responsibility as a Mechanical Designer are:

- Mechanical and pneumatical design and implementation of solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Assist in prioritizing, planning, and executing weekly design activities.
- Promote quality of work, continuous improvement, and right first-time culture across all design activities.
- Act as role model for way-of-working regarding design procedures from development to implementation.

What will you do?

The department Global Plant Design (GPD) within the ME organization is responsible for planning and execute Line and Equipment related projects within Power System plants. We are now looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our team. The role is quite broad which means that you will also be a part of developing and implement global solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects and non-product projects according to project targets. Follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until FSR (Final Status Report) and report deviations to IPM or concerned. Enable close connection and alignment between ME and Production via local teams at each plant by creating the best possible information flow between parties. We believe you have an BSc in Engineering or equivalent competence gained by experience. Försvarets materielverk Test och Evaluering (FMV T&E) är en del av FMV där vi tillsammans som en helhet gör det möjligt att leverera operativt säkra och användbara materielsystem för ett starkare försvar i syfte att försvara Sverige och garantera vårt oberoende. Vi bidrar genom att genomföra Verifiering och Validering (VoV), så att FMV kan leverera rätt materiel till ett starkare försvar där alla medarbetare har en viktig roll att fylla.

Provplatsen i Karlsborg/Skövde har som sin främsta uppgift att genomföra olika typer av avancerad provningsverksamhet för markstridsförbandens behov.

Provningsenheten i Skövde, där denna tjänst är placerad, ansvarar för att leda och genomföra prov med militära fordons- och stridsfordonssystem.

Arbetsuppgifter
Som Ingenjör arbetar du med att planera och leda genomförandet av provverksamhet med militära fordonssystem samt ansvara för avrapportering av resultat från genomförda prov. Du kommer också att medverka vid/följa annan genomförares verifiering och validering av militära fordonssystem. I dina uppgifter ingår även att delta i projektarbeten vid FMV som sakkunnig inom VoV-, teknik- och användarfrågor inom fordonsområdet.  Vid behov kommer du även att medverka alternativt ansvara för kontroll av materielleveranser till FMV.

Vi söker dig som
Du har högskoleingenjörsutbildning med teknisk inriktning eller motsvarande teknisk kompetens förvärvad på annat sätt alternativt teknisk officer med några års yrkeserfarenhet.

Vi vill att du har erfarenhet av fordonsteknik från användning, underhåll eller provning samt även erfarenhet av att sätta dig in i tekniska problemlösningar.

Du har god teknisk kunskap om tunga fordonssystem och en förståelse för hur olika tekniker samverkar i ett systemperspektiv. Det är även viktigt att du har en god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på både svenska och engelska för att lyckas i jobbet.

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet från militära fordonssystem och gärna även av att arbeta i projektform. Om du har kunskap om kravhantering och systemarbete (Systems Engineering) samt om militär organisation och fordonssystem ser vi det som meriterande. 

Du har B-körkort och kan resa i tjänsten, såväl inrikes som utomlands. C-körkort är meriterande. 
Det är även viktigt att ha god fysik, då arbetet kan innebära en del tunga lyft och arbete på och i stridsfordon.

Rekryterande sektion

Teknik- och vidmakthållandekontor Mark (TVK Mark) ingår i arméstaben (AST).

TVK Mark ansvarar för underhåll och nyttjande av markmateriel inom Försvarsmakten (FM), samt är delaktig i anskaffning, vidmakthållande och avveckling av densamma.

I TVK Mark ingår fem systemdetaljer. En av dessa är Stridsfordon-/ simulator-/ och utbildningsmaterieldetaljen (ingående system är stridsvagnar, stridsfordon, pansarterrängbilar, personterrängbilar, lastbilar, utbildningsmateriel och simulatormateriel/BT46) som är placerad till huvudsak i Skövde men har även personal placerad i Göteborg. Detaljen funktionsleder även bandvagnssystemet där personal är placerad i Boden.

Tjänsten som TSL samband riktar sig mot FM stridsfordon och pansarterrängbil som är viktiga komponenter i våra mekaniserade brigader och 181:a pansarbataljonen.

FM är inne i en fas av digitalisering av markarenan och äldre sambandssystem byts nu ut mot ny generation. Införandet kräver och kommer att kräva en högre grad av samverkan mellan plattform och ledningsstödsystem.

 

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som TSL samband ansvarar du för att inom detaljen aktivt deltaga och leda koordineringen i införandet av ledningsstödsystem mark (LSS M). Ingående system är stridsvagn, stridsfordon 90 och pansarterrängbil. Framgent kan även utbildningsmateriel beröras av LSS M.

Du kommer att vara detaljens kompetensbärare inom området och i denna funktion samverka med införandeledning inom FM och FMV. Du kommer att vara sammanhållande för konfigurationsledning och styra de tekniska systemen så att de innehåller korrekt konfiguration över tiden.

Volvo Cars is in the process of developing and industrialize the future propulsion systems based on battery and electric machines.  
Manufacturing Engineering - eMachines, is a section within Manufacturing Engineering within Volvo Cars. We develop and implement quality assured, flexible and effective production systems in Volvo Cars Propulsion Components production sites. The section is working cross functionally and project oriented, supporting all Volvo Car Group´s Propulsion Components production plants and car programs locally and globally. Within the team Local Line & Equipment, we are now looking for a new member working as a Project Leader/Equipment Engineer.

The team Local Line & Equipment is part of Manufacturing Engineering and has responsibility for develop and implement production lines and equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects and non-product projects according to project targets for the Volvo Cars electric machine production. 
You will be part of an engineering team that implement engineering solutions that fulfil attribute requirements and manufacturing process demands within decided cost and time frames. 
The work includes contacts with global team, other engineering departments, plant engineering and production within our company as well as with external suppliers.
The position requires some travelling.

What you will do?
As our next Project Leader/Equipment Engineer you will lead or execute equipment projects for Skövde electric machine production site together with a project team from concept phase to Final Status Report.

You will also: 
•    Lead the team need to develop, validate, install and verify equipment and process.
•    Create and analyze the equipment part of the process layouts.
•    Perform safety-, reliability- and cost analyzes.
•    Perform Equipment risk assessments.
•    Support running production with second line analyzes within the area of responsibility.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe you:
•    Have a B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent competence gained by experience.
•    Have good communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
•    Have experience from implementation of production lines and equipment.

It is meritorious if you have experience from leading positions, knowledge of the processes, methods and tools (Teamcenter) at manufacturing. Skills in process development, preferably in automotive industry, and 6 Sigma competence is also a plus.
As a person we believe you have great communication skills, and you collaborate well with others. We also think you are a structured person who plans and has documentation skills. Self-driven, result oriented, flexible, and positive attitude are also needed competencies.
