Position Overview
As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining a scalable and secure data platform in a cloud environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams ensure seamless integration and delivery of data services that support business initiatives

Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
Knowledge of data storage formats and technologies, such as Avro, Parquet, Delta Lake and databases.
Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline orchestration (e.g.,
Databricks LakeFlow, Notebook scripting).
Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions and best practices.
Experience with end-to-end analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databrick or Snowflake
Experience with Git & CI/CD integrations using tools such as GitLab
Experience working with event streaming technologies such as Kafka
Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization technologies, and infrastructure-as-code solutions like Terraform.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
AWS Certified Data Engineer or Azure Data Engineer certification.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and optimisation of the company’s core infrastructure across on prem
This includes virtualisation platforms, physical servers, storage, networking hardware, and automation tooling. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with enterprise infrastructure technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Puppet, Juniper networking, HPE hardware) combined with scripting, automation, and a solid understanding of Kubernetes. Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or Systems Engineer.
Strong hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere/vCenter administration and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of enterprise networking, preferably with Juniper, including switching, routing, and firewalls.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Development & Automation: Design, implement, and manage
CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate
platform infrastructure provisioning and deployment, ensuring seamless
integration with development workflows and operational scalability.
Operational Excellence: Own the operational health and performance of
both production and pre-production environments. Ensure platform
availability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency by regularly monitoring platform health metrics and optimizing resources.
Ephemeral Environment Management: Build, maintain and support
ephemeral environments for development, testing, and QA. Automate
provisioning and decommissioning of these environments to ensure efficient use of resources and to minimize operational overhead.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering,
development, and product teams to ensure platform services are aligned with development needs. Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and enhance collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring & Incident Response: Utilize monitoring tools
(e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to monitor platform performance and
quickly respond to incidents, leading root cause analysis, resolving
performance issues, and implementing preventative measures.
Security & Compliance: Ensure platform infrastructure adheres to security policies and compliance standards. Collaborate with security teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, proactively implementing fixes and safeguards.
Process Improvement & Innovation: Champion the adoption of best practices, CI/CD tools, and automation frameworks to drive continuous improvements in platform engineering processes. Regularly assess and introduce new tools or methodologies to enhance team performance and platform reliability.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain high-quality documentation for platform processes, including contribution guides, incident handling procedures, and operational best practices. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Mentorship: Support the development of junior engineers by providing guidance and mentorship in technical skills, troubleshooting methodologies, and platform engineering best practices.
Platform Optimization: Regularly assess platform infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction, ensuring the platform remains efficient, scalable, and responsive to business needs.

Reporting to the Head of IT and working closely with stakeholders across Silverspin together with our existing service provider the Corporate IT Manager will be responsible for Silverspin building its own Corporate IT capability and transition from our current service provider.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for all corporate back-office IT infrastructure and end-user computing needs for 300+ people across various offices including Malta, Sweden, Philippines, and Isle of Man.
Establishing and leading Silverspin new internal Corporate IT capability to be self-sufficient in:

IT training across the Group, including GenAI adoptio
End User computing support for a range or corporate, development and creative users

Identifying the need for and the procurement of all relevant services to provide the Corporate IT capability

Requirements
Proven experience as a Corporate IT Manager or similar role

Working in the office in Skövde, you’ll get a close connection with all co-workers (a great bunch of people) as they’ll come to you with their IT related issues. Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote technical end user support.
Record, monitor, update and respond to support requests in a timely manner, owning each call to completion, or, by reassigning it to other areas of the department, as per the process.
Supporting IT projects and managing these to completion
Supporting Windows 10 & Mac OS devices, connected to the corporate network.
Build and maintain relationships with the wider IT team.
Support of Microsoft 365 including Teams and Exchange.
Maintaining up-to-date records of hardware inventory and managing the device lifecycle. This will include manual handling, such as taking in deliveries, unboxing, asset tagging items and recording details in the asset register.
Support and maintenance of AV and Video Conferencing.
Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast changing environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing priorities in a deadline-driven situation.

The right end user computing engineer must have knowledge in the following areas:
Windows 10 and Mac OS X support, troubleshooting and deployment.
Working with a helpdesk system preferably Jira Service Desk and understanding the escalation process.
Strong experience with Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Remote User Support and Remote access technologies
Printer support and configuration
Basic Network knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Basic ITIL knowledge

Desired but not essential:
Basic Scripting
Experience supporting network equipment.
Experience supporting servers

Personal Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role

As a front end developer, you will work with the team to upgrade our current platform and build new fragments in our microservice based architecture.
We make sure our code is tested and safe with both manual tests, end to end tests, integrations and unit tests that are written according to BDD and TDD methods.
As a part of our agile team, you will be working as a front-end developer in JavaScript with the framework Vue.js and with PHP as base.
