Assignment description
As a network engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, with a special emphasis on WiFi technologies. Your role will include replacing network hardware, patching, and daily interactions with the factory regarding network needs. With the team, you will work towards ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of both wired and wireless network systems.
Skills Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent, will be an advantage.
Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
Understanding and knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Solid knowledge of wireless networking technologies, including 802.11 standards, WiFi security protocols (WPA2, WPA3), and WiFi deployment best practices.
Experience with firewalls, such as Fortigate / Palo Alto. Familiarity with automation concepts within the network area, such as infrastructure as code.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Skövde. Start is in January, One year's limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

You will build and maintain pools of key talents and engage with them continuously to secure candidate involvement and a strong talent pipeline.

Through strong cooperation, you will be a key player within areas such as Employer Branding, Succession Management and Assessment to ensure a unified and excellent external branding and candidate experience of our company. We are looking for an HR Business Partner for an international company in Skövde. Start ASAP, 7 months contract to begin with.

Assignment Description
We are looking for a People & Culture (the company's HR department) partner, who preferably has previous experience in internal communication.
You will partner up with the managers and actively drive the development of leadership capabilities through coaching and education. You will provide the leaders with guidance in day-to-day performance management.

The assignment includes working hands-on with employee relations cases and other business cases connected to organizational changes, work environment, work relationships, and talent management. You will be accountable for creating, driving, and integrating elements of the people strategy. You will collaborate closely with all parts of the People & Culture-function to gain insights and initiate new projects. The assignment will include strategic workforce planning and other project management within the HR-field. You will act as a strategic partner in the plant management team.


Requirements
We are looking for an independent and business-minded HR-professional ready to take the initiative, work to reach set goals and continuously raise the bar for the leaders in our company. Apart from being an outgoing collaborator and with a track record of building good relationships across every level of a business, we believe the right person has/is:

A university degree in HR, business administration, communication or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in working as an HR business partner supporting and coaching a diverse set of leaders in a fast-paced environment, both operational and strategical.
A curious mindset with high integrity, loyalty, systematical and agile thinking.
Self-driven and a structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
A positive attitude, grit, proffessionalism and self awareness are strong skills necessary to be successful in this role.
A full understanding of, and experience with, working with the entire employee lifecycle, both on an operational and strategical level.
