We are looking for a java developer who will act as teamleader 50% and developer 50%. You will lead?the?team members and become a role model with regards to?company?values.? You will also manage performance reviews for team members,?including salary reviews, and recruit resources to the team according to organization needs.?

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development or any related course
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience

- Advanced Java libraries and frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
- Object-oriented programming.

The role of System Analyst within Silverspin gives many opportunities and a great variation depending on projects, different requests and changes in priorities. The role consists of research, identifying business needs and explaining solutions towards business.

This is what you'll be doing and what we expect you to have experience of

- Working with acceptance criteria, screening of known as well as finding hidden criterias.
- Producing technical documentation and structures for keeping order in the collection of documents.
- Working with knowledge transferring of internal functionality towards our respective departments.
- Screening of incoming issues to decide if the issue is related to the team’s responsibility.
